GLADSTONE, MO – An in-home day care in Gladstone was shutdown after a 3-month-old was hurt. According to documents obtained by the 41 Action News investigators, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services revoked the day care’s license in January after it found the owner “failed to provide adequate supervision to the children.”

A 21-year-old day care teacher has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after surveillance cameras caught him kissing one of his students.
