PHOENIX – Phoenix police arrested the director and the owner of Brighter Angels Preschools. Perla Denise Sierra Duarte, 26, director of the facility and Ruben Sandoval, 51, owner have been booked. Both are arrested for hindering prosecution and for failing to accurately report an injury to police.
