MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — A recent report from the Alabama Department of Human Resources shows that dozens of violations were found at the Community Nursery and Preschool Academy on Hillcrest Road. DHR workers inspected the facility just days after Kamden Johnson died.
46-year-old Valarie Patterson, a former daycare worker, was arrested in the child’s death. She’s accused of leaving the five-year-old on the daycare van and discarding his body on Demetropolis Road.
