COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) — An incident involving a five-year-old boy allegedly abused by a preschool teacher at the Foundations Christian School is not the first incident not reported.
News 12 has learned that the center failed to properly report an incident involving a one-year-old child requiring professional medical attention, which occurred on Oct. 5, 2015. It took a week for DFACS to find out about the incident.
