A 54-year-old Shakopee woman has been arrested and jailed on three charges in connection with a Sept. 14 incident in her daycare that resulted in life-threatening injuries to a 6-month-old baby boy.
Laurie Ann Gregor, 1139 Hawthorne Circle, was charged Monday with first-degree assault, malicious punishment of a child and malicious punishment of a child under the age of 4. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 35 years in prison and a $60,000 fine.
