STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A special-needs student from Eltingville was fondled and sexually molested multiple times by fellow pupils on the bus between his home and school, a recently filed lawsuit alleges.
The suit, filed by the boy’s mother, alleges the incidents occurred between September 2012 and April 12, 2013, while her son attended PS 373R on the Petrides campus in Sunnyside.
