ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) – A Sartell in-home daycare provider has pleaded guilty to abusing a toddler.
Amanda Kate Rupar made an Alford plea to a misdemeanor charge of 5th degree assault. A charge of malicious punishment of a child was dismissed. An Alford plea means that you don’t admit guilt but admit that if the case went to trial you would be convicted.
