SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A South Philadelphia day care owner charged with sexually abusing two five-year-old children was at Philadelphia Family Court Tuesday.
While the day care facility remains closed, Duncan Round’s lawyer maintains his client’s innocence.
