Snapchat video being circulated among area parents appears to show a North Charleston day care worker sitting on and hitting three children.
The video was taken at the North Charleston United Methodist Church Learning Center in Park Circle, said Richard Reams, pastor of the church. The day care center is operated by the church but is open for public signups.
