A Waco, Texas day care owner and her employee have been arrested for alleged physical abuse of kids in their care. According to the Waco Trib, the owner of Miss Pepper’s Daycare and an employee were arrested on Thursday on felony abuse charges.
37-year-old Pepper Jones is the day care owner and the employee is 30-year-old Brittany Starr Hale. Authorities began investigating after allegations came on April 4 that children from 10 months old to 2 years old were being mistreated, including being pushed, pulled, struck, and having their hair pulled.
