OLATHE, Kan. – The 41 Action News investigators have confirmed the baby, who according to authorities was seriously hurt at an unlicensed day care in Olathe, has brain injuries and loss of vision.
On Wednesday, the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office announced it arrested Paige Hatfield, 25. She’s charged with running an unlawful day care and battery.
