A Hagerstown woman was cited after the vehicle she was driving struck a Head Start bus Tuesday morning at the corner of South Mulberry and East Washington streets.
Hagerstown Police Department spokeswoman Heather Aleshire said Nora Fitzgerald, 47, of Hagerstown, was driving a Nissan Sentra on East Washington Street when it struck the bus, which had the right of way.
