MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) – After closing nearly a year ago, Head Start is ready to re-open its doors. The program was forced to shut down because it wasn’t meeting standards, but not it’s under new management (Prime Time).
Prime Time wants the best for incoming students, so rather than waiting for the regular school year, it’s opening its doors for summer school.
