ROSEVILLE, Minn. (KARE 11) — The husband of a Roseville day care provider is charged with having sexual contact with a young girl in his spouse’s care.
According to the criminal complaint, a 6-year-old at the day care asked her provider to tell the provider’s husband, Edgar Noe Lopez-Monter, 44, to stop kissing her.
