PORTLAND, Tenn. (WZTV) — A Sumner County head start teacher was charged with child abuse after police said she forcefully pulled a 3 year old by the arm, causing her to fall and hit her head on a wall.
Amy E. Dobbs, 32, is charged with child abuse of a victim under 8 years old, which is a class D felony.
