Albany teens admit to role in July shooting outside daycare

Two teenagers from Albany have pleaded guilty to weapons possession in connection with a shooting outside a daycare center.

Last July, Bahkee Green and his co-defendant – who is not being identified fired a pistol in the area of Teunis Street and Third Avenue in Albany.

Bullets traveled through the wall of the daycare center, striking a 3-year-old child sleeping inside. They survived.

NewsChannel 13 is told the 17-year-old is also charged in another shooting last July on Third Avenue.
