The case of two young children injured in a shooting at a Dearborn daycare last month is under review by prosecutors, but no charging decision is expected this week.
“The review of a case has revealed the need for further information and investigatory work,” Maria Miller, a spokeswoman for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, said in an e-mail Wednesday. “That is why a decision hasn’t been made in this case yet.”
