PERTH AMBOY — A former middle school teacher previously convicted of sexually assaulting one of his students will soon get a new trial, an appeals court has ruled.
Guilermo Santamaria, also known as William Santamaria, was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2012 on three counts of sexual assault charges and two counts of official misconduct.
