State Rep. Pebblin Warren said she is urging Alabama Senate leaders to consider a bill that would require inspections and other new rules for church-affiliated child care centers.
Sen. Jabo Waggoner, R-Vestavia Hills, chairman of the Senate Rules Committee, said Warren’s bill is not scheduled for consideration by the Senate as of now but did not rule it out.
