Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) – The daycare facility at the Carlson Metro YMCA has had its license suspended by New York State’s Office of Child and Family Services. The Carlson Y learned of the suspension Friday evening. The center is scheduled to reopen Tuesday.

The Supreme Court ruled Monday that Missouri’s decision to prevent a church-operated daycare and preschool from receiving funding from a state program was unconstitutional.
