A Boca Raton attorney is suing Bright Horizons Children’s Centers for hiring an employee he claims sexually abused a 3-year-old boy at the preschool’s Baldwin Park location. The lawsuit, filed June 1, claims the teacher should never have been hired and that a diligent background check would have revealed he was unsafe.
Waco daycare owner and employee arrested for abusing children
Arrest affidavits obtained by KCEN-TV Friday detailed repeated child abuse inside a home daycare at the center of a Waco Police investigation that netted two arrests. Miss Pepper’s Place daycare owner Pepper Jones, 37, and employee Brittany Starr Hale, 30, turned themselves in at the McLennan County Jail on Thursday afternoon.
