Buffalo, NY – A Buffalo daycare center has now been suspended from operating by a state agency as it investigates the circumstances of an injury, which left a two-year-old girl at the center in critical condition.
The State Office of Children and Family Services took the action against the Mozee’s Ultimate Family Daycare stating the agency “takes all child care program incidents very seriously and will continue its comprehensive investigation of the circumstances surrounding the injuries to this child.” The suspension is effective immediately.
