KEY LARGO — A worker at a child care facility accused of leaving a 4-year-old child in a van for 48 minutes was arrested Friday, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. Kyle Lynch, 26, of Key Largo was charged with unlawful desertion of a child.
