ST. PETER — A former North Mankato day care provider is accused of defrauding the government out of more than $90,000. Shawna Lea Wolfe, 48, of Mankato, secretly operated two day cares and claimed Child Care Assistance reimbursements for which she wasn’t entitled, according to charges filed Monday in Nicollet County District Court.
