There may be a conflict with Outlook and Windows resulting in this error. While this conflict may not be as clear, you can fix it by opening Outlook in safe mode and disable add-ins if Outlook won’t open Windows 10. Press the Windows key and R key together to launch the run dialog. Enter outlook/safe in the textbox and press Enter. Choose your profile and press OK. Click on the File option when Outlook opens and further select Options. Lastly, click on Add-ins and uncheck the boxes. Finish by clicking on OK.
