Former day care owner gets 60 days in prison for child abuse caught on camera

The owner of a closed in-home day care near Middletown will spend 60 days in prison for child abuse.

Angela Flewelling, the former owner of Primary Colors Family Daycare, was sentenced Friday on charges of child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. Police closed her day care in November after surveillance video from inside the home showed her dragging children and kicking at least one child.
