RED CLOUD — Young children stood in a row and with teachers’ help cut a ribbon here Friday afternoon, ceremonially sealing the deal at the grand opening of Red Cloud’s new state-of-the-art child care and learning center.
Meanwhile, those who planned the project, raised and contributed the money, organized the operation and now lead The Valley Childhood Development Center took a moment to bask in the glow of what they have accomplished.
