A mother is outraged after seeing a photo of her 7-month-old son tied up in a sleep sack at day care.
Tanya describes getting a phone call from the Kansas Department of Children and Families, or DCF, in late March. It had received a report and a photo of her son. Tanya said DCF was investigating an incident at her day care, Miss Anne’s in Leavenworth.
